I Did Not Receive an Activation Code

When purchasing a TraceableLIVE® Cloud Connected Monitoring Device you now have the option of purchasing a Prepaid Subscription to the TraceableLIVE® Service that is linked to your individual device.

When you received your device, you should have also received an Activation Code Coupon that included an 8 character Activation code that you'll be required to enter when adding the device to your account.

If you did not receive your Activation Code Coupon, please contact the vendor that you purchased your device from to receive the code.

Can Prepaid and Subscription Devices be mixed on the same account?

Yes, TraceableLIVE® knows the difference between the two Device Types and will bill them differently. For example, if you have a credit card on file for a Standard Subscription with one TraceableLIVE® Device and you add a new Prepaid Device, you will still one be billed for the one existing Device, not two since the Prepaid Device is already paid for.

Can I Purchase an Activation Code for an Existing TraceableLIVE® Device?

No, this is a new service that has to be bought with a given TraceableLIVE® Cloud Connected Monitoring Device at the time of purchase. It can not be added at a later date.

I already received my TraceableLIVE® Device. Can I add the device now and enter the Activation Code later?

No, you need to wait until you receive the Activation Code before you add the TraceableLIVE® Device to your account.

TraceableLIVE® Says the Activation Code is Invalid

If TraceableLIVE® is telling you that your Activation code is invalid, please contact our Customer Support to have them assist you.

Can I use an Activation Code More Than Once?

No, each Activation code is a single user only and is tied to a given TraceableLIVE® Cloud Connected Monitoring Device at the time of purchase.

My Device is about to Expire or has Expired

When your device subscription expires, your TraceableLIVE® Cloud Connected Monitoring Device will be inactivated and moved to the Inactive Device List.

If you wish to purchase a new subscription for your TraceableLIVE® Cloud Connected Monitoring Device, please contact our Customer Support to have them assist you.

Will I Lose my Device History when its Account Expires?

No, your TraceableLIVE® Cloud Connected Monitoring Device will be kept forever and will be available from the Inactive Device List
