Managing Subscriptions

After you have registered an account with TraceableLIVE®, you can log into the TraceableLIVE® Web App and switch to one of our upgraded TraceableLive® Subscription Plans from the initial Free account type.

Changing Your Subscription Plan

To change you subscription plan, follow these easy steps:

1. Log into you account in the TraceableLIVE® Web App.
2. It the top right-hand corner of the screen, click on the Account Name Dropdown to open it and select Account Settings:

3. This will display your account details:

4. Click on the Edit button under the Account Details section, update the required information, and then click Save to apply the changes or Cancel to discard them.

5. Next, Click on the Billing tab and review the Subscription Details section to view the current subscription plan and its status:

6. Click the dropdown arrow next to Paid Subscription (via Credit Card) to view the available subscription plans. Select the desired plan (Free, Standard, or Premium) based on your requirements:

7. To enter or update a Payment Method to pay for your TraceableLIVE® subscription, go to Card Details Section.

Click the Replace button to update your payment method.

Managing Prepaid Activation Codes

Click on the Prepaid Activation Code tab under Billing, then click the Buy Now button to view the available prepaid subscription plans. Review the Standard and Premium plan details and select the plan that best meets your requirements.

8.After clicking the Buy Now button, the Buy New Activation Code pop-up will appear. Select the desired Activation Code Plan, Activation Code Duration, and Activation Code Quantity, then review the Total Price and click Submit to proceed with the purchase or Close to cancel.
