Managing Subscriptions

After you have registered an account with TraceableLIVE®, you can log into the TraceableLIVE® Web App and switch to one of our upgraded TraceableLive® Subscription Plans from the initial Free account type.

NOTE

Your TraceableLIVE® Account Subscriptions can only be managed via the TraceableLIVE® Web App. Subscription maintenance is currently not supported in the TraceableLIVE® Mobile App.

TraceableLive® Subscription Plans

Stay in control of your subscription by adding as many or as few devices at any given time and your subscription amount will automatically adjust. TraceableLIVE® offers 3 subscription plan levels that can be billed either Monthly or Yearly:

Free Plan

The Free subscription plan is for an individual user with an unlimited number of TraceableLIVE® Data Logger Devices and it provides the following features:

  • Email and Push Alarms.
  • One Month Data Storage.
  • Up to three Devices.
  • One User Only.
  • Calibration Due and other Notification.

Standard Plan

The Standard subscription plan is for an unlimited number of team members and is billed either Monthly or Yearly per device attached to the account. It provides the following features:

  • Email and Push Alarms.
  • Unlimited Data Storage.
  • Unlimited Devices.
  • Unlimited Team Members.
  • SMS Text Alerts - Add on with a nominal fee per device.

Premium Plan

The Premium subscription plan is for an unlimited number of team members and is billed either Monthly or Yearly per device attached to the account. It provides the following features:

  • Email and Push Alarms.
  • Unlimited Data Storage.
  • Unlimited Devices.
  • Unlimited Team Members.
  • Free SMS Text Alerts.
  • 21 CFR Part 11 Compliance.

Changing Your Subscription Plan

To change you subscription plan, follow these easy steps:

  1. Log into you account in the TraceableLIVE® Web App.

  2. It the top right-hand corner of the screen, click on the Account Name Dropdown to open it and select Account Settings:

  3. This will display your account details:

  4. Click on the Pencil Icon under the Account Subscription heading and select the desired TraceableLive® Subscription Plan level:

  5. Next, click on the Pencil Icon under the Subscription Term heading and select the desired billing cycle:

  6. You can optionally enable SMS and TraceableGO® support, additional fees may apply based on your subscription level:

  7. Click the Save button to finalize your selection. Based on the TraceableLive® Subscription Plan you have chosen, you may be taken to our Billing Processors page to enter your payment method and complete the subscription process.

Payment Details

To enter a Payment Method to pay for your TraceableLIVE® subscription, select the Payment tab.

Click the Add button and provide the payment method details.

Click the Update button to save your payment method.
