Wi-Fi / Power

The Wi-Fi/Power section allows users to view critical information about the device’s current Wi-Fi connection and power status. This includes details like the SSID (network name), backup battery level, and whether the device is currently running on AC power.

IMPORTANT!

The data on this screen is up to date only if the device is connected to Wi-Fi and Power. Without these connections, the system will display the last information from before it got disconnected.

Field Insights

Accessing Wi-Fi / Power settings:

Select a device from the device list.

From the Settings menu, navigate to Wi-Fi / Power.

View Wi-Fi SSID (View Only):

The SSID field shows the name of the Wi-Fi network to which the device is currently connected.

Last Report Date/Time (View Only):

The Last Report Date/Time field shows the most recent time when the device sent data.

Backup Battery Level (View Only):

The Backup Battery Level field displays the current charge level of the device's backup battery.

View Power Source (View Only):

The Power field indicates whether the device is currently running on AC power or the backup battery.
