IMPORTANT!

The data on this screen is up to date only if the device is connected to Wi-Fi and Power. Without these connections, the system will display the last information from before it got disconnected.

Field Insights

Accessing Wi-Fi / Power settings:

  • Login into the TraceableLIVE® account.
  • Select a device from the device list.
  • From the Settings menu, navigate to Wi-Fi / Power.

View Wi-Fi SSID (View Only):

  • The SSID field shows the name of the Wi-Fi network to which the device is currently connected.

Last Report Date/Time (View Only):

  • The Last Report Date/Time field shows the most recent time when the device sent data.

Backup Battery Level (View Only):

  • The Backup Battery Level field displays the current charge level of the device's backup battery.

View Power Source (View Only):

  • The Power field indicates whether the device is currently running on AC power or the backup battery.
