Inactive Devices
Inactive Device List & Views share many of the same navigation and view enhancements as seen in the Active Device views. it shows all of the Datalogger Devices that are attached to your TraceableLIVE® Account that are no longer active.

Inactive Device View
Clicking on a device from the list allows you see to all of the information, history, summary and settings for that device.

This view the same as the Active Device View. See Device View for more details.
Device Reports
To generate a report for a device, click the Vertical Ellipsis on its row and select Reports.

The Report Option Screen will be displayed.

Reactivating a Device
To reactivate a device, click the Vertical Ellipsis on its row and select Activate.

Select which users should receive notifications for this device before reactivating the device.

Use the checkbox beside each user’s name to select who should receive device notifications. Each user is displayed with their name, email address, and role (Admin or User).

You must select at least one device user before you can continue.
Available Channels
- Email – Always enabled by default and cannot be disabled.
- Push – Sends notifications to the user’s mobile app.
- SMS – Sends alerts as text messages (Only for Premium Subscription).
Repeat this process for all users who should receive alerts from the device. Click Done to reactivate the device and move it back to the Device List.
Reactivating a Device Using Activation Code
To reactivate an existing inactive device using a Activation Code, please do the following steps:

Click the Vertical Ellipsis and select Activate By Activation Code from the dropdown list:

Enter your Activation Code and click the Verify button :

Select which users should receive notifications for this device before reactivating the device.
