Can I perform the update in only one orientation?

No, the software update must be completed in both landscape and portrait orientations to ensure the device operates correctly in all scenarios.

What happens if I only update in one mode?

If you only update in one mode, the device may not function optimally in the other orientation. Both updates are necessary for complete compatibility.

What should I do if the update fails?

If the update fails, a message saying "Update failed" will be displayed. Follow these steps:

  • Ensure the device is connected to a stable Wi-Fi network.

  • Retry the update process by navigating to Settings -> Device Configuration -> Software Update.
